Warranty Policy

To ensure that you are satisfied with your OTOblocs purchase, we currently have a 60 day warranty policy in place. The warranty claim must be made by the original purchaser of the OTOblocs product with valid proof of purchase. This warranty only extends to customers who have directly purchased from an official OTOblocs marketplace. 

If any of our products, ie. OTO Jr. Fidget Blocks, are defective or arrive damaged, please contact us with the following information and we will be more than happy to replace it. 

To submit a warranty claim, please send the following information through email to info@otoblocs.com:

  1. Your full name
  2. Email address
  3. Proof of purchase (order number)
  4. Phone number (including area code)
  5. Describe the problem and an image of defective product

After we review your request, a representative from OTOblocs will contact you with further details on next steps within 2-4 business days. 

What this 60 day warranty does not cover:

Unfortunately, this warranty does not cover and OTOblocs Inc. is not responsible for the following:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Cosmetic damage (such as discoloration, minor scratches or surface deformations)
  3. Damages caused by misuse, negligence or accidents 
  4. Prolonged exposure to inclement weather
  5. Failure to observe care instructions 
  6. Fidget products purchased from unauthorized dealers
  7. Any damages that arise after warranty period
